Shafrir Romano - CEO

Shafrir has many years experience in both the business side of lighting converters as well as the technical side. As a result he has managed to keep the company at the leading edge of a market with fast changing needs. Shafrir has a passion for quality, and in a market fraught with unreliable and corner-cutting manufacturers, he is determined to maintain top standards.

Tom Romano - Operations Manager

Tom runs the day-to-day operations of Magnitude and is adept at finding ways to make the company more productive. His typical workday involves facilitating various programs around the company, controlling inventory, handling logistics as well as interviewing and supervising employees. He has a strong leadership background and knows how to handle problems quickly and efficiently.

Shaul Barak - Chief Engineer

Shaul develops, plans and tests products for the company. He has a comprehensive grasp of electromagnetics and control systems, and ensures that Magnitude incorporates the most advanced and recent technologies.

Bob Simmons - Account Manager

Our Account managers serve as the primary point of contact between the customer and the company. Bob provides customer support and advice while giving our customers personal attention.

David Layman - Account Manager

David enjoys working with customers to identify their needs and work out how we can meet those requirements. Like Bob he is responsible for the purchases and needs of particular customers.
