This minimizes the noise caused by dimmers and provides protection against the humidity rampant in landscape lighting and outdoor applications. SafetyMagnitudes magnetic transformers have hardly any primary to secondary leakage current. The built-in overload and short circuit protection, with the high efficiency design reduces the risk of overheating and fire when installing close to flammable materials. In addition, most of our transformers have thermal breakers to prevent overheating. The housing is also constructed with safety in mind using flame retardent high temperature materials. |
