Return Request Form
We are happy to assist our customers with any of their Magnitude product return needs. If you need to initiate a return request, please follow the steps below. Otherwise, please contact our technical support team at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or feedback.
To Submit a Return Request:
- Please use the below form to provide basic information that will allow us to process your return request.
- Upon submitting a return request, you will receive an email confirmation and a Magnitude customer support member will contact you within 24-48 hours.
- If your return is compliant with Magnitude’s return policy, we will issue you a shipping label and provide you with shipping instructions. If your return is not compliant with Magnitude’s return policy, we will reach out and coordinate next steps.
- Once our support team has verified the return product, we will issue return credit.
Magnitude’s Return Policy
Please review our return policy carefully. Returns are at Magnitude’s sole discretion.
All qualifying returns will result in credit to be used towards a future purchase of Magnitude product. Magnitude does not issue cash back on qualifying returns. Return credit expires one (1) year from date of credit memo notice to customer after a return is processed.
Returns for defective goods are governed by Magnitude’s warranty policy and must follow Magnitude’s procedure for return credit. Returns for non-defective goods must be in new, resalable condition in original packaging and meet the following guidelines for return credit:
- Standard goods will be accepted for return credit within 90 days from date of original purchase.
- Private labeled goods will be accepted for return credit within 90 days from date of purchase minus a 20% restocking fee.
- Non-standard goods will not be accepted for return credit.
Magnitude reserves the right to limit or decline returns. Return credit will be issued once product has been received and inspected by Magnitude’s technical support team.
